Menu Plan Monday is a collection of my favorite recipes to give you all some dinner inspiration for the week. The menu always includes 6 dinners and 1 dessert idea! These are all tried and true recipes your family will love!

Good Monday morning, my friends! As you read this I am on a plane flying to San Francisco for a Pinterest conference! I am really excited about it. Pinterest has been a huge platform for me and helping my blog gain big success. I am looking forward to learning new things and meeting up with old blog friends. Plus, San Francisco is one of my most favorite cities ever! I’m bringing my hubby a long with me so we can spend a few days enjoying the city together. Let’s just say I am one happy girl today. 🙂

On this week’s Menu Plan Monday #242 I have a lot of great recipes in store for you! The Steak Bites you just can’t go wrong with. They’re so flavorful and juicy. YUM. I hope you give them a try. Also, for dessert I am making the No Churn Oreo Fudge Ice Cream on Sunday! Holy moly, it’s a good one and you do not need an ice cream machine to whip it up. Actually all of my ice cream recipes here on the blog don’t require a machine!
