Hi friends. Welcome to the 250th Menu Plan Monday! We only have one week left to pack in some fun before my kids go back to school. I have to say though, I am so tired from all the fun we’ve already had this summer. I am looking forward to a quiet house and to get a lot of work done when they go back. 🙂

We’ve made it a tradition to take our kids to Las Vegas for their new school clothes. We have a lot of fun shopping and going somewhere yummy to eat. Aside from getting them registered this week, and a couple back to school nights, that’s all we have left to do.

This week I have some really great recipes on the menu. My Chicken Stuffed French Bread has always been a hit on my blog. I haven’t made it in quit some time, so I am dreaming of that one. Also, the Monte Cristo Sandwiches are my husband’s favorite. They are a sweet and savory sandwich that will knock your socks off! They’re so good.

This week on the blog I am posting two brand new recipes. There will be one tomorrow and one on Thursday! They are scheduled and ready to go live, so I hope you come back to see what they are! -Holly xo
