There are many recipes out there that scream comfort food. Fried chicken or a pot roast that simmers all day are a couple of my favorites. This week for Menu Plan Monday I am going to serve a variety of recipes that will bring comfort to your home, but they may not seem like traditional comfort food. Once you give them a try you’ll understand why it will warm your soul and home.
