Menu Plan Monday is a collection of family favorite recipes from dinner to dessert.

If there is one thing that I love adding to most dishes, it’s a sensational sauce. When I bake, cook, fry, or sauté dishes, I love to pair them with a delicious sauce. Whether it goes inside the recipe or on top afterward, a flavorful sauce is a great way to enhance any meal. This week on Menu Plan Monday, I’m featuring recipes that are for sure saucy!

When I think of a meal with sauce, I always think of salad. The dressing acts as a sauce that helps coat each delicious bite. My Steak Fajita Salad with Chipotle Ranch Dressing is a recipe I adore. It’s a great excuse to enjoy savory steak healthily, covered in our favorite dressing. There can never be enough Ranch dressing in the Lofthouse!

Next up are my Chipotle Ranch Burgers. These burgers are served with a homemade Chipotle Ranch that makes each juicy bite irresistible!

Many desserts have wonderful sauces, and this week’s dessert is no exception. My Easy Chocolate Lava Cakes are incredible mini cakes with a molten core of warm chocolate sauce. As soon as you cut into the cakes, the chocolate will come oozing out, which adds a layer of sweetness that is unbeatable.
