Can you believe we’re already halfway through May? Where does the time go? This week we’re welcoming the sunshine with recipes your family won’t want to miss! My goal with Menu Plan Monday has always been to craft easy, fun recipes that allow you to save time and money.
May is National BBQ Month so we’re coming in strong with Grilled Apricot Chicken. Nothing quite says summer like adding a tropical twist to your favorite barbeque dish. This chicken can be served fresh on top of salad or paired with your favorite sides. I’m drooling just thinking about it!
Calling all taco lovers! You haven’t tasted it all until you try my famous Taco Braid. It contains all your essential ingredients: seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and your go-to toppings. But here’s the twist: Instead of a taco shell, everything’s wrapped in pizza dough and baked to golden perfection. This one is so good, you won’t be able to stop taco-ing about it. 😉
An oldie but goodie of mine is Fried Ice Cream Dessert. The best part about this recipe is there is no deep frying required, all you need is a quick-pan fry to whip up this tasty treat! Top with your favorite flavor of ice cream then drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce!
