Menu Plan Monday #98
Hi friends! Welcome back to Menu Plan Monday. 🙂 For those of you that celebrate Father’s Day I hope you had a great one. I spoiled my hubby with a foot rub, new sunglasses and some Philly Cheesesteaks for dinner. I’m pretty sure he was a happy camper.
It’s hotter than a hot tamale where I live. We’re soaring high in the 100’s, so this week’s “baking” meals will be kept at a minimum. I’ll be making some of our favorite sandwiches and easy meals that don’t require an oven! Come see what they are:
