Menu Plan Monday #101

   Hi everyone! Welcome back to Menu Plan Monday 🙂 How was everyone’s weekend? Ours was a long one that started on Thursday. We took the kiddos camping up to Pine Valley mountain (in Utah) and we had a great time until it started to thunderstorm. Ugh. And we were tent camping… So I had a bunch of scared kiddos. It was definitely an adventure to say the least. ha! 

   If you follow me on Instagram you might of saw that I posted our heavenly Dutch oven chicken and potatoes recipe. That was the highlight of our camping trip, for sure. If you haven’t tried that recipe, than do yourself a favor and give it a whirl. I think you’ll love it, too. 🙂
