Menu Plan Monday #104

    Wow. What a weekend, and this week is about to get busier! Our little Emma turns 8 years old so we’re getting party plans under way! Her cousin Katie was born the day before so her Mom and I like to have a double birthday party. It’s always a blast with a ton of people. I’m excited!

   School starts next week for my kiddos, so we’ll also be getting some last minute school shopping done. I’ll be taking advantage of my dear ol’ crock pot during this busy week, and also making some simple yet yummy meals. Come take a peek:
