Start the week off right by planning your family’s dinner menu for the entire week. My meal plans have six dinners and one dessert idea that are family-friendly and easy recipes!

Welcome back to Menu Plan Monday, friends! It’s time to get your dinners all decided and ready for the week. 🙂 There are lots of delicious recipes on the menu this week. The Chicken Strawberry Pasta Salad is my all-time favorite summer salad. It’s actually a staple at my house. My kids even ask for it!

Another favorite on the meal plan is the Mexican Tortilla Stack. Boy, is it good! It has layers of flour tortillas with a saucy mixture of enchilada sauce, ground turkey and loads of cheese in between. You can’t go wrong serving that at dinner time. 🙂 

We just got home from our family vacation to San Diego and we had the most amazing time. We took the kiddos to Legoland one of the days. Kallen was in pure heaven being there. To say he is obsessed with legos would be a huge understatement. haha. That kid lives for his legos. We also went to the beach and explored all over San Diego.

On the last day of our vacation we surprised the kids and took them to Disneyland! It was SO much fun. I always feel like a kid again when I’m in Disneyland, and to spend it with my kids and hubby is the absolute best. 

Today I will be getting back to reality and making home cooked meals. I have 3 (yes, three!) brand new recipes to share this week. You’re going to love them so be sure to stop back by!  -Holly xo
