Hi friends! Welcome to Menu Plan Monday #300! Yep, this is the 300th menu plan I have created. I shared my very first Menu Plan Monday almost 8 years ago. It’s hard to believe it’s been that long. It makes me SO happy it has been such a hit with all of you amazing readers. 🙂

Menu planning will always be important to me because it’s important to my family. Making a home-cooked meal for my family and enjoying it together at the dinner table, talking about our day, has become one of my favorite things in life. I know my kids cherish it too. They are growing up so fast. Kelsey will be off to college in less than two years, so I cherish every moment I get to spend with just the 5 of us.

This week’s menu is packed full of some of our favorites. The Smothered Chicken Burritos are incredible. If you’re a Cafe Rio fan than make these immediately. They are actually BETTER than Cafe Rios (in my opinion)! We are also are having Hot Fudge Pudding Cake for dessert on Sunday. It is so good! It’s going to be one yummy week. 🙂 -Holly xo
