This week is going to be a delicious one. I guess I say that every week, but I’m always being honest. haha. There are a few meals on the menu I haven’t made in quite some time.

The Grilled Apricot Chicken is absolutely wonderful and is one I almost forgot about. When I came across it on my blog the other day I was like, ‘Oh man, I have to make that chicken again!’ So here it is on the menu. 🙂
