Hey friends! Welcome to another Menu Plan Monday! I hope you are all having a fantastic Memorial Day weekend. We haven’t been doing too much except lounging around and eating good food. 🙂

Last week we took our kids on a little camp out. We went fishing and had so much fun. It was Emma and Kallen’s first time. Kallen caught one fish and Emma caught two! They were so excited. We also got to enjoy my famous Dutch Oven Sprite Chicken. It was SO good.

This week we have some great recipe ideas for you. The Rosemary Ranch Chicken and Chicken Pesto Pasta Salad is what we will be enjoying on Memorial Day. What are you all cooking up?
