Happy Easter everyone! I love this holiday for the plain fact that we get to gather with friends and family for some outdoor fun! This may not come as a surprise, but I love planning our annual Easter Egg hunt. If you’re like me and love hosting on this holiday, then this week’s menu is dedicated to you!

With a whole backyard full of hidden eggs ready to be found, and family waiting to be fed, it’s time to bust out a springtime favorite. My Crispy Chicken BLT Salad is full of texture and flavor. Crispy chicken with bright veggies and creamy ranch dressing is always crowd crowd-pleaser at the Lofthouse. If you’re hosting a dinner party this year, try cooking my Slow Cooker Honey Glazed Ham. It’s a classic holiday meal that everyone is sure to love.

Since the Easter bunny will be stopping by, why not make him a slice of his favorite dessert? My recipe for The Best Carrot Cake is out of this world! With a thick almond-scented cream cheese frosting, this incredible cake is truly the best! I like to save a slice for the next morning to enjoy with a cup of coffee.
