When I am make dinner for the family, I like to make sure it’s a meal the kids will enjoy too. No matter what I make, I know that Kale and I will love it, but the kids aren’t always fans. This week, for Menu Plan Monday, I am putting all my focus into making something for the kids! They are going to love this week’s meals and I know your kids will too!

First up, we have my Chicken Noodle Casserole. What kid out there doesn’t love chicken and noodles? And, let’s be honest, what adult doesn’t either? This is a hearty meal the whole family will adore!

Next, are my Western Cheeseburger Sliders. These grab-and-go burgers are great for those nights when you want to have a little extra fun at the dinner table. There is something about having a tiny burger that makes kids go wild!

My Oreo Ice Cream Cake is such a great dessert. Whether it be for a birthday party or something sweet to eat on the weekend, this dessert always puts a smile on my kids’ faces. It puts a smile on my husband, Kale’s face too, but I think he’s just a big kid at heart 😉
