Summer is swinging, and what better way to honor Dad than with a menu that showcases the best of seasonal produce and homemade treats. This week’s menu is packed with dinners to make Father’s Day exceptional!
Start the week on a fresh note with my Creamy Pasta Primavera. Tender pasta tossed in a creamy garlic sauce with an array of vegetables, including bell peppers, zucchini, and anything fresh from the garden! It’s a light yet satisfying meal that’s perfect for celebrating Dad and showcasing the best of summer’s bounty.
Now, for a meal that’s quick, easy, and bursting with flavor, treat Dad to some Chicken Street Tacos. Juicy chicken seasoned with a zesty blend of spices, all wrapped up in warm tortillas. It’s an authentic taste of street food heaven right in your own kitchen, and sure to put a smile on Dad’s face.
And since it’s summertime and Father’s Day, that means ice cream must be on the menu! Cool off with the creamy deliciousness of Homemade Biscoff Ice Cream. Rich and velvety vanilla ice cream with ribbons of caramelized Biscoff and crunchy Biscoff cookies. It is so delicious!
