On this week’s Menu Plan Monday, I’m sharing my most favorite tacos in the world- Dad’s Tacos (miss you, Pops!), Turkey Ranch Club Wraps that come together in minutes, and other dishes that are meant for busy weeknights. So, let’s dive in!
My BBQ Beef Brisket is a meal that will fill your home with incredible aromas while the slow cooker does all the work. This brisket is melt-in-your-mouth tender, packed with smoky-sweet barbecue flavor, and perfect for serving with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or tucked into a warm sandwich bun.
Next, it’s time for something creamy, cheesy, and utterly satisfying, and my Chicken Bacon Ranch Baked Penne fits the bill! This dish is loaded with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a luscious ranch-infused cheese sauce, all baked to bubbly perfection. It’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser and a good option for the nights when you need a little extra comfort.
End the week with my Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars. These bars are a balance of gooey caramel, melty chocolate, and a sprinkle of sea salt for that irresistible sweet-and-salty combo.
