Menu Plan Monday #615
Fall in love with this week’s Menu Plan Monday with easy-to-make meals, and festive treats that make dinners and Halloween prep a breeze.

This week’s Menu Plan Monday is filled with cozy comfort food that will get you in the Halloween spirit! I have a hearty layered taco dip great for a Halloween party, a fresh, colorful chopped salad bursting with crisp autumn produce, and some pizza-inspired toast that fits a Friday night perfectly. To top it all off, spooky Halloween dishes make a special appearance from flaky mummy-wrapped hot dogs to rich, chocolate ghost brownies! 👻
MENU PLAN MONDAY
My Autumn Chopped Salad is packed with seasonal ingredients to enjoy this fall. Crisp lettuce, sweet apples, tart cranberries, crunchy candied pecans, and smoky bacon come together in this vibrant salad. Finished with creamy poppy seed dressing and a sprinkle of tangy feta, it’s the perfect mix of both sweet and savory. Simple and satisfying!
For a frightfully easy dinner, whip up Mummy Hot Dogs! These playful treats put a festive twist on pigs in a blanket. They are quick to make, kid-friendly (and adults!), and perfect for Halloween parties or a themed family dinner. Wrap hot dogs in flaky crescent roll “bandages” and dot them with mustard eyes for the cutest spooky snack this side of the afterlife. 😉
Our Ghost Brownies are the ultimate Halloween treat! These soft, fudgy brownies are topped with a marshmallow ghost and decorated with a simple black face. Perfect for parties, classroom treats, or a fun family baking session, these ghostly brownies add a touch of sweetness and a lot of smiles to your spooky celebrations.
