MENU PLAN MONDAY
Fall is the perfect season to dive into your favorite comfort foods, and I have plenty of copycat recipes for you to try here. One of our family favorites is my Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken with Fried Rice. It’s easy to make, packed with delicious flavors, and so satisfying. Plus, it makes plenty of leftovers which is perfect for this busy time of year.
My Philly Cheesesteak Pasta Bake is an easy weeknight pasta that tastes like your favorite iconic Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It’s packed with savory beef, melted cheese, bell peppers, onion, and penne pasta. This dinner recipe is easy to follow and will become a new favorite in your weekly rotation. Serve it warm with my Copycat Olive Garden Breadsticks or Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks for the ultimate feast!
The best part about this week’s treat is that it can be enjoyed for breakfast, snack time, or an after-dinner treat. Crispy on the outside with a tender and fluffy center, these Baked Pumpkin Fritter Bites are fall in a bite! The donut batter combines pumpkin puree with pumpkin pie spice, sugar, and a touch of vanilla, creating that perfect balance of sweet and spiced goodness. After baking, a simple glaze is drizzled over the fritters, adding a creamy and sweet finish. These pumpkin fritter bites are easy to make and bursting with seasonal flavor!
