Hi friends! Today is the last day of September (wow, it sure flew by!) and we are welcoming October tomorrow! It is officially my favorite time of year. The start of all the holiday fun, cooler temps, sweater and pant season and I couldn’t be happier. I have been in my kitchen over the last few days whipping up some new recipes I am SO excited to share with you. I hope you all are ready for some delicious fall recipes. Think- apple, pumpkin and basically all comfort foods. 🙂 

This week’s Menu Plan Monday is full of awesome dinners my kids particularly love. The Oven Baked Soft Tacos, Chicken Mozzarella Pasta and especially, the French Onion Beef Casserole! It is super yummy and the leftovers are even better!

We are still trying to decide on Halloween costumes! This year we are stumped on what to do. If you have any good ideas let me know! Have a great week, friends. Coming this week are more brand new recipes. -Holly xo
