Hi there guys! So sorry I am late to the party today. Now that my kids are out of school for summer we really don’t have a set schedule these days. I went to the gym, took Kelsey to work and before I knew it I realized it was Monday and I had better get on here and post the weekly menu plan! 🙂

This week is going to be delicious! I am SO excited for the 4th of July celebrations. On Saturday we stopped by a fireworks stand and picked up loads of fireworks for the big night. We are going to be barbecuing hamburgers and I am making a fruit salad, pasta salad and baked sweet potato fries. I am drooling just thinking about it. haha. It’s going to be yummy. I can’t wait!
