Menu Plan Monday is a collection of recipes to give you some dinner inspiration for the week. The menu always includes 6 dinners and 1 dessert idea!

I got back into the swing of working out this week and I am one sore girl. After my gym session on Friday morning, I’ve barely been able to walk or lift my arms. haha. But it’s all good. I know these sore muscles mean they’re getting stronger so I am fine with that!
I have planned a lot of awesome recipes this week that are delicious. Two personal favorites are the Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp (yum!) and the Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken (double yum!) The chicken can work for so many different recipes. Tacos, burritos, casseroles, salads.. really it’s great in anything!
