Menu Plan Monday features six delicious, satisfying dinners to make mealtime easier. Each week also includes one tasty dessert to sweeten things up.

My menu plan’s are filled with six dinner ideas and one dessert to help you get your dinners ready for your family. Over the holidays I honestly didn’t do too much meal planning. There were so many busy things happening so we ate out a lot and would have random dinners here and there. Now that it is a fresh new year I am SO ready to get back in my meal planning groove. 😀
We definitely gained a few pounds over the holidays, so Kale and I have kicked off our healthy eating today. It feels good to be putting fresh and healthy food back in my body.
This week’s plan has a lot of easy and delicious recipes that are low in calories and fat (except for a cheat meal on Sunday). Unfortunately, I can’t calculate the calories for you, but there are some great online calorie calculators on the web. You can enter the ingredients and it will estimate it for you!
