Menu Plan Monday #266

Dinner can be a stressful time for parents. When we aren’t prepared we typically end up getting fast food. Not with Menu Plan Monday!

Menu Plan Monday
Hi guys. Another week has flown by so I guess it’s time for Menu Plan Monday! Do any of you ever get excited about planning your dinner menu for the week? *raising my hand* I totally do. I’m a planner. I love planning especially when it comes to recipes and food.

To be honest, over the summer and early fall I lost my desire to cook. I struggled a lot with some personal things. Life also seemed extra busy and crazy, so I fell into a mild depression. It was really hard. I definitely knew I needed to make some changes so Kale and I bought a gym membership. We started working out with a personal trainer twice a week and committed to working out on our own three days a week. Making that commitment to exercise and to take care of myself first has changed my life in many good ways. I’m not only physically feeling better but also mentally. 🙂

Now that I am starting to feel like my old self again I have been cooking and baking up a storm! I have so many awesome new recipes I’ll be sharing on the blog this month! Yummy appetizers, crock pot recipes, desserts and more. I’m excited and I hope you all will love them.

Have a great week, friends. I’ll be back this week with a new one! -Holly xo

  1. Hi Holly! Thanks for all of this planning! Is there an easier way to download and print the weekly menus other than clicking the link to each recipe?

    Thanks! Happy Holidays!

    1. Hi Kari! So sorry just now seeing your comment. It got lost in the spam comments. I really need to look into a print option for all the menu recipes at once! Great idea. Thanks for the suggestion. 🙂

  2. Hi Holly,
Thanks for your help planning my meals; however, the recipes using a slow cooker, I do not have one, so what changes would I make? or are there any? thanks.
