Storage and Reheating
Store leftover Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days, keeping extra gravy separate. To freeze, wrap each roll tightly and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months, then thaw overnight before reheating. For best results, reheat in a 350°F oven for 20–25 minutes, covered with foil, adding a little gravy or water to keep them moist. You can also microwave individual portions for 1–2 minutes, covering with a damp paper towel and topping with warm gravy before serving.
Holly’s Tips for The Best Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups:
- Use High-Quality Turkey: Choose thick, oven-roasted turkey slices from the deli counter so they hold up well when rolled and baked. Leftover Turkey works!
- Don’t Overfill: I recommend using about ¼ cup of stuffing per slice. Too much can cause the rolls to burst open while baking.
- Too Dry? Try This: If your stuffing feels dry, mix in a tablespoon or two of chicken broth before rolling for a softer texture.
- Bake Covered: Keep the roll-ups covered tightly with foil so they stay tender and don’t dry out in the oven.
- Serve With Your Favorite Thanksgiving or Seasonal Sides: Creamy Mashed Potatoes, roasted vegetables, or Cranberry Sauce make the perfect pairings for this comforting meal.

To make these Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups gluten-free, use gluten-free versions of the key ingredients. Choose gluten-free stuffing mix (or make your own using gluten-free bread cubes and broth), gluten-free turkey gravy packets, and gluten-free cream of chicken soup. Also, double-check that your sliced turkey breast is labeled gluten-free, since some deli meats can contain hidden gluten in seasonings or fillers.

hi! can I prep these ahead of time, without pouring the gravy until bake time?
Hi Kelly! Yes, you can prepare these one day in advance. Like you said, don’t pour on the gravy until you bake them. 🙂
