Copycat Big Mac Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
  • 2 Tablespoons finely minced white onion (or dried minced onion)
  • 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Burger

  • ½ cup diced white onion
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Toppings

  • Chopped romaine lettuce
  • Freshly grated cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Sliced dill pickles
  • Cooked potato wedges or French fries
  • Sliced red onion (optional)

Instructions

For The Big Mac Sauce:

  • In a medium-size bowl, whisk together the mayo, ketchup, dill pickle relish, minced onion, mustard, paprika, and garlic powder until combined. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the bowls.

For The Burger:

  • In a large skillet, add the diced onion and ground beef. Cook and crumble beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any grease. Reduce the heat to low. Season cooked beef with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Stir and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Divide the cooked burger and toppings evenly among 4 medium-sized bowls. Drizzle the tops with Big Mac sauce and enjoy!
