Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 can (13.5 ounces) coconut milk
  • 2 Tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Dumplings

  • 1 bag (16 ounces) refrigerated or frozen dumplings (use your favorite kind)

Garnish (Optional)

  • sliced green onion
  • chili oil crunch
  • cilantro
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

For The Sauce

  • Pour the coconut milk, red curry paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, and ground ginger into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Whisk to combine.

For The Dumplings

  • Place the dumplings evenly over the sauce. Spoon some of the sauce on top of the dumplings. Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and the sauce is bubbly. (If using frozen dumplings, you may need to extend the baking time by a few minutes.)

Garnish

  • Carefully remove from the oven and top with sliced green onion, chili crunch, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Serve warm and enjoy!
