Mixed Berry Smoothie

Mixed Berry Smoothie is a delicious drink that's perfect for anytime of the day. Full of fruit and Greek yogurt, this smoothie is sure to satisfy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low fat milk OR low calorie orange juice
  • 2 cups frozen berries (I use a mix of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Pour the milk (or juice) in a blender. Add the frozen berries, Greek yogurt and honey. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

*Can use same amount of fresh fruit in place of the frozen fruit. If you want your smoothie icy, when using fresh fruit, you can add ice cubes.
