Chocolate frozen yogurt, skim milk, and Oreo cookies create the most delicious milkshake!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 3 cups non-fat chocolate frozen yogurt
  • 6 to 8 Oreo cookies

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until mixture reaches desired consistency. Add more milk if you’d like it thinner or use less milk for thicker shakes. Enjoy! ♥
