Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the bacon slices in a single layer on top of the parchment paper, making sure they don’t touch.
Bake for 14 minutes for chewy bacon, and up to 18 minutes for extra crispy bacon. *Keep in mind the bacon will continue to cook after you remove it from the oven.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool slightly before serving. Discard excess grease (or save in a jar for use in other recipes). Enjoy!
